Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
2 1/2 tbs Olive Oil
Directions

1. In a large bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt.

 

2. In a medium bowl whisk together wet ingredients; milk and oil.

 

3. Slowly add wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ones. Using spatula incorporate until the soft dough forms.

 

4. Remove the dough to lightly floured surface. Knead about 10 times and shape in the ball. Cover with inverted bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

 

5. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

 

6. On lightly floured surface roll dough into 12- inch circle (dusting hands and rolling pin if necessary to prevent sticking) .

 

7. Bake crust for about 7 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with favorite toppings . Bake until light golden brown -10-12 minutes.
